Area law firm elevates two associates to shareholders

Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin’s Tampa office promotes Samuel Higginbottom and Lindsay McCormick.

TAMPA — The Tampa office of Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, a civil defense litigation law firm headquartered in Philadelphia, has named Samuel Higginbottom and Lindsay McCormick shareholders of the firm.

According to a press release, both attorneys had been associates of the firm. Their promotions were effective Jan. 1.

Higginbottom, the release states, practices in the casualty department. He represents clients in the fields of retail liability, automobile litigation, trucking accident litigation and in various other types of general litigation, including contract disputes, in both state and federal courts. 

McCormick is a member of the firm’s professional liability department. She handles construction defect litigation and general professional liability defense, providing counsel to sub-contractors, general contractors, manufacturers, suppliers, architects and engineers.
