ST. PETERSBURG — Robert “Bob” Reich has joined Catalina, a St. Petersburg-based marketing firm that specializes in shopper intelligence and in-store digital media, as chief financial officer.
According to a press release, Reich’s appointment is effectively immediately; he will report directly to Catalina CEO Wayne Powers.
“Bob is an accomplished leader with over 25 years of business and financial management expertise with public and private equity-sponsored companies,” Powers states in the release. “He has extensive experience in strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, investor relations and operational accounting. His success at developing and leading diverse teams to achieve corporate strategies will be especially valuable to us as we continue to invest in innovation.”
For the past five years, the release states, Reich served as executive vice president and CFO of Tampa-based Syniverse Holdings Inc., a leading global software and services provider. At Syniverse, Reich oversaw all financial operations and teamed with executive management to implement transformational growth strategies to enhance shareholder value.
Reich has also held executive leadership roles at Hawaiian Telcom Communications, McLeodUSA, Deloitte and Wisconsin Central Transportation Corp.
