Medical surgery center sold for $3.6 million

The property will remain occupied by Coastal Orthopedics.

BRADENTON — BATH LLC recently sold a 9,580-square-foot, 1.1-acre medical surgery center in Bradenton for $3.6 million.

Tony Veldkamp and Bob Morris of SVN Commercial Advisory Group coordinated the purchase and sale of the property, according to a press release.

BATH LLC was represented by Veldkamp and Tom Brown of Wagner Realty. The buyer was represented by Morris.

A statement says the asset will remain as a single-tenant, triple-net investment property occupied by Coastal Orthopedics, which uses it as the firm's Lakewood Ranch surgery center.
