Chain announces plans for new restaurants in area

RSolution’s deal with Freddy’s includes the purchase of three existing restaurants in Bradenton, Sarasota and Ocala.

BRADENTON — Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers signed a new franchise agreement with restaurant operator RSolution Holdings LLC for development along the Florida's west coast.

RSolution’s deal with Freddy’s includes the purchase of three existing restaurants in Bradenton, Sarasota and Ocala, according to a press release. The franchise group recently completed building upgrades to the existing restaurants.

“We’ve hit the ground running by acquiring three existing locations,” says Gary Grewe, franchise owner, in a statement. “We completed building upgrades as quickly and efficiently as possible to ensure minimal disruption for our guests, while also looking to the future with plans for new restaurant opens throughout western Florida.”

Freddy’s was co-founded in 2002 by Scott Redler and Bill, Randy and Freddy Simon. It has grown to more than 350 locations in 32 states and two locations in Dubai.
