TAMPA — Solvere Living, the operations division of St. Petersburg-based Solutions Advisors Group, has planned a May 16 grand opening for Tessera of Westchase, its latest assisted living and memory care community.

According to a press release, the 122,000-square-foot, resort-style development cost $27.5 million to build and features modern, state-of-the-art features such as a fitness center, Wi-Fi internet, three dining venues, salon and spa, event center, library, concierge, weekly housekeeping and personal laundry services.

Tessera of Westchase, the release states, offers 64 assisted-living apartments and 38 apartments for residents with memory-related impairments. Developed by Tampa-based Lindell Investments Inc., the community is expected to create 100 jobs.

“Tessera is the Latin word for an individual tile and when joined with others create a beautiful mosaic of a community rich in color, warmth and energy,” Solutions Advisors Group President and CEO Kristin Ward states in the release. “Like the mosaic that inspires our logo, Tessera of Westchase celebrates the individual strengths of each person who lives at the community. The modern amenities and services create and inspire a vibrant and engaging environment, along with comfort and care for residents and their families. We are committed to honoring each individual’s legacy, embracing their wellness and respecting personal goals.”

The grand opening is planned for May 16, 4:30-7 p.m. at the community, 11330 Countryway Boulevard, Tampa.
