TAMPA — Baldwin Risk Partners, a Tampa-based insurance brokerage, named Dan Galbraith its new chief operating officer.
According to a press release, Galbraith brings more than 15 years of experience in operational and sales success to BRP. Prior to his new appointment, he served as senior vice president of sales at Stericycle. He began his career at Cincinnati, Ohio-based Cintas Corp., where he held operations and sales leadership roles across the company’s business lines, the release adds.
“Dan’s experience in building world-class sales organizations will be instrumental as we continue to build a national insurance brokerage and consulting platform,” BRP President Trevor Baldwin states in the release. “At BRP, our growth and success are driven by our ‘powered by people’ approach and stakeholder-first mindset. Dan’s enthusiasm for developing leaders and building teams is a natural fit for our culture and growth strategy.”
Over the past two years, the release states, BRP has grown its footprint across Florida and the Southeast, expanding its reach to Bradenton, DeLand, Destin and Orlando, as well as markets in Texas, Alabama and Georgia.
