Attorney leaves her own firm to join another

FORT MYERS — LaDonna Cody, former founding and senior partner of the law firm Cody & Linde, has joined Green Schoenfeld & Kyle, a firm that specializes in estate and business planning, probate and corporate law.

With more than 35 years of business and legal experience, Cody’s expertise includes estate planning, probate and trust administration. “We are pleased to welcome LaDonna to our firm,” says Kevin Kyle, partner with Green Schoenfeld & Kyle in a statement. “She brings extensive experience and a strong history of client service that is a natural complement for our firm and team.”

A well-known speaker in Southwest Florida on the subject of estate planning, estate taxation and trusts, Cody is a contributing author of “Preserving Family Wealth and Peace of Mind” by Loren Dunton and Kim Ciccarelli Kantor.
