TAMPA — Salt Shack On the Bay, Tampa’s newest waterfront restaurant, will open to the public on July 1, offering bay views, gulf-to-table food and a casual bar scene.

The grand opening is the culmination of a collaboration between local real estate developer Screamin’ Willy’s LLC and experienced restaurateurs.
