CLEARWATER — Naples-based developer Small Brothers LLC has partnered with Autumn Senior Living on Aravilla Clearwater, an assisted-living and memory-care facility that will open to residents next year.
According to a press release, the first phase of the 65,000-square-foot community — at 1990 N. McMullen Booth Road — should be move-in ready in summer 2020. Specializing in memory care, it will feature 84 units and 95 beds.
A second phase will involve the construction of a three-story, 105,000-square-foot assisted-living facility that will connect to the memory-care community. Once phase two is up and running, the community will bring 120 permanent jobs to the area, the release states.
“Autumn Senior Living is excited to bring the same level of detail and sophistication to a new assisted-living community in Clearwater that our residents at Aravilla Sarasota have come to enjoy,” Autumn Senior Living Chief Development Officer Robert Ross states in the release. “Working with our partner, Small Brothers, we know that our future residents will enjoy a fun, safe and secure home while receiving great care.”
Small Brothers’ sister company, Cleveland Construction Inc., will build the facility, based on a design by Tampa-based Curts Gaines Hall Jones Architects Inc. The project budget was not disclosed in the release.
Autumn Senior Living also operates Aravilla Sarasota and Cabot Cove of Largo.
