Insurance firm makes internal hire for COO post

Jon Ritchie has been promoted at Tampa-based American Integrity.

TAMPA — American Integrity Insurance executive vice president Jon Ritchie has been promoted to chief operating officer.

Ritchie, according to a press release, joined the Tampa-based firm 10 years ago and had worked in several roles in different departments prior to becoming executive vice president. As COO, he will continue to report to President and CEO Bob Ritchie.

"Jon is a seasoned and trusted leader who consistently delivers results,” Bob Ritchie states in the release. “He is uniquely qualified to drive strategic prioritization and accountability, with a laser focus on operational excellence. I have tremendous confidence in Jon’s ability to align American Integrity's industry-leading operational practices to drive and extend the next-generation of market leadership.”

American Integrity specializes in residential property insurance. It also offers flood insurance, golf cart insurance, boat insurance and identity theft protection, the release states.
