Cybersecurity firm makes two executive hires

TAMPA — Cybersecurity company ReliaQuest has made two appointments to its executive team, naming Joe Sawyer chief marketing officer and Darin Bunker vice president of engineering.

In a press release, Tampa-based ReliaQuest — which also has offices in Las Vegas and Dublin — says Sawyer and Bunker will help lead and accelerate the growth of GreyMatter, an enterprise security platform launched in June.

"This is an exciting time to be at ReliaQuest as we aggressively expand our client footprint of trusted brands both nationally and internationally,” ReliaQuest CEO Brian Murphy states in the release. “Joe and Darin each have the ideal skill set and knowledge to advance our efforts to equip corporate information security officers with unprecedented visibility and control over their increasingly complex cybersecurity environments.”

Sawyer, the release states, comes to ReliaQuest from Integra Connect, where he served as chief marketing and communications officer. Bunker, meanwhile, has held leadership roles at Domo, Symantec and Deloitte.
