TAMPA — Miami-based homebuilder Lennar plans to construct a 77-home community in Lutz, about 15 miles north of Tampa.

Situated on the northwest corner of County Line Road and Cypress Creek Road in southern Pasco County, Briarwinds will feature single-family homes priced in the $300s, according to a news release. The homes will range in size from 1,744 to 3,773 square feet and come fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and ceramic tile flooring.

Sales are set to begin in August, the release states.

“Located in one of the top school districts in Tampa Bay, this is an ideal community for young families,” states Mark Metheny, Lennar’s Tampa division president, in the release. “The shopping and dining nearby, plus the easy access and proximity to downtown Tampa, make the community even more desirable.”

Lennar has developed several other Tampa Bay area residential communities, including Connerton, Bexley, Silverado and Enclave at Meadow Pointe.
