NAPLES — Neal Communities has premiered its latest Southwest Florida residential development.

The community is Marquesa Isles, where it will build 156 twin villa homes of 1,682 and 1,842 square feet on 40 acres along County Barn Road in south Naples, according to a statement. 

Neal’s Tradewinds and Sandcastle models offer two or three bedrooms, two bathrooms, den and two-car garage. Both floor plans include open great room and covered lanais. Community amenities include a resort-style pool and spa, community kitchen, gathering space, grill area and a dog park.

Marquesa Isles is near the entertainment and shopping districts of Fifth Avenue South and Third Street South as well as the Naples Pier. 

Based in Lakewood Ranch, the 40-year-old Neal Communities has built more than 14,000 homes in Southwest Florida and is the region’s largest private home builder.
