Investment Properties Corp. (IPC) has elevated Patrick Fraley to partner, making him the fifth principal at the Naples-based commercial real estate brokerage firm.

Fraley, 39, joined IPC in March 2007 specializing in tenant and landlord representation, after working as a caddy for the Ladies Professional Golfers Association.

A long-time Naples resident, Fraley joins David Stevens, William Gonnering, Craig Timmons and Clint Sherwood as shareholders in the firm, which was founded in the mid-1950s and is one of Southwest Florida’s oldest commercial real estate companies.

“We wanted to recognize Patrick’s commitment to the cause and to the firm,” Stevens says.

Fraley’s notable deals include installing a 30,000-square-foot Lucky’s Market in the Naples Promenade shopping center; representing Vanderbilt Galleria’s owner in negotiations with Edwin Watts Golf; Gregg Development of Naples and GC Partnership Ltd.’s sale of the Joe’s Crab Shack and a nearby marina in Naples; McGuire Development Co.’s deal for nearly nine acres in Naples for a new assisted living facility; and investor David Goduti’s deal buying a three-story office building at 848 First Ave. N in Naples.
