TAMPA — Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate appointed Susan Manning the new manager of its south Tampa operation.

According to a press release, Manning comes to Coldwell Banker from Berkshire Hathaway, where she was a leading sales associate. In her new post, she will lead about 60 independent sales associates.

“Susan brings a wealth of knowledge in sales, leadership and incredible customer service that will be extremely valuable to the south Tampa office,” states Charles Richardson, Coldwell Banker’s regional senior vice president, in the release. “Her industry reputation and credibility in the real estate community will help propel the growth of the office.”

Manning, the release states, holds special designations in luxury home marketing as a new home specialist, military relocation professional and certified relocation professional. Although she has been active in real estate sales for only four years, in 2017 she ranked among the top 7% of Berkshire Hathaway sales associates nationwide.
