TAMPA — CoAdvantage Corp. has made its third acquisition in the past 12 months, adding Bradenton-based Remedy Employer Services.
According to a press release, the purchase expands CoAdvantage’s national platform for its human resource solutions, serving more than 4,500 small- to mid-sized business clients and 90,000 work site employees in all 50 states.
Remedy, the release states, offers outsourced HR services, benefits and payroll to small businesses in Florida.
"We are excited about the Remedy acquisition as we enter a new phase of growth to expand our market presence and enrich our customer experience,” states Clint Burgess, president and CEO of CoAdvantage, in the release. “We are proud of the work already accomplished and expect this new partnership to deliver significant value."
Tampa-based CoAdvantage's acquisition of Remedy follows the company’s merger with California-based Total HR Management and Florida-based PEMCO in October 2017.
"Becoming part of CoAdvantage is a wonderful opportunity for Remedy and our clients," states Vince DiPalermo, a partner and vice president at Remedy, in the release. "It seemed like a natural fit for us to merge. We have great alignment around company values and delivering outstanding customer service to our clients. As part of CoAdvantage, we will have access to its continued investment in HR technology and best-in-class services."
