Real estate firm expands footprint with acquisition

Tampa-based RE/MAX Bay to Bay buys Belle Maison Realty in Riverview.

TAMPA — RE/MAX Bay to Bay, part of Ramos Cos, has acquired Belle Maison Realty, formerly owned by Bonnie and Ed Pichette, with offices at 10012 Water Works Lane in Riverview.

The acquisition expands the geographical reach of RE/MAX Bay to Bay, which already has offices in downtown Tampa, South Tampa, Carrollwood and Tarpon Springs. Terms of the deal weren't disclosed. 

The property management division of Belle Maison Realty will also be acquired as part of the transaction, according to a press release. It will continue operating under the Belle Maison name, but under Ramos Cos. management.

“I am very excited to expand our footprint into the Brandon, Riverview, and South Shore area,” states RE/MAX Bay to Bay CEO James Ramos in the statement.“The team at Belle Maison is exceptional and well known for their in-depth knowledge of the area. I can’t wait until they join our team.”

Ramos Cos. is a real estate collaborative that includes real estate agents, property managers, architects, designers, contractors and home-service professionals in the Tampa Bay region.
