DUNEDIN — Dunedin, in northern Pinellas County, recently welcomed the opening of its first new luxury apartment community in more than 15 years.

Developed by Primerica Group One, the 280-unit Dunedin Commons is located at 375 Patricia Ave., the 13-acre, long-vacant site of Nielsen Media Research’s former campus.

According to a press release, the community brings a resurgence in traffic for local businesses, which had suffered for more than a decade after Nielsen closed .

“We are excited to be part of Dunedin’s revitalization of the Patricia Avenue Corridor and ecstatic to welcome both the community and residents to our new resort-style development," states Richard Trzcinski, president of Primerica Group One, in the release. "We are thrilled to be a part of such a vibrant community,”

Dunedin Commons is managed by Norstar Accolade Property Management and features a 7,000-square-foot clubhouse, fitness center, resort-style pool, outdoor kitchen and yoga area, as well as pickleball and bocce courts.
