WEST VILLAGES — The eight homebuilders in West Villages Florida sold 71 homes in the south Sarasota County master-planned community in October.

According to a press release, West Villages is attracting buyers from Florida, the region and the U.S.

“Buyers are choosing West Villages for our location, amenities and excellent value of the new homes,” says West Villages President Paul Erhardt in a statement. “They are also looking forward to both the West Villages Marketplace and Atlanta Braves Spring Training facility opening next year.”

Within West Villages, Renaissance at West Villages and The Preserve at West Villages opened clubhouses with pool and fitness facilities, the release adds. Grand Palm and IslandWalk are planning additional clubhouses next year.
