SARASOTA — Sarasota-based Bridge Angel Investors has invested $1 million in Rewired Solutions.

According to a press release, Sarasota-based Rewired Solutions aims to reduce costs associated with high-volume recruitment. Rewired digitally models employees by using a proprietary set of tools and algorithms. Then the company delivers similar candidates through targeted advertising campaigns on social media and an automated engagement and screening process.

Rewired's clients include Lockheed Martin, Deloitte, Walmart, Best Buy and PGT Industries, a statement says.

“By hiring the right candidates faster and at a fraction of the cost of traditional methods, our customers streamline talent acquisition, increase retention and stay focused on their core mission," says Rewired founder Tim Hearon in a statement.

Bridge is an angel investor group focused on startup to early-stage companies in Florida, particularly in the Gulf Coast region. It has 35 members, many of whom are senior executives who have come to Sarasota to retire. Bridge's investment in Rewired the first investment for the group.

“Sarasota-Manatee has an unusually high level of investible cash and entrepreneurs that are the catalysts to drive growth and diversification," says Bridge co-founder Tom Gardner in statement.
