NAPLES — EHC Inc., a construction company that provides pre-construction, earthwork, and infrastructure services, recently won three new prominent projects in the Naples area, including a new park.
The projects, according to a statement, are:
• Baker Park: EHC is working with Manhattan Construction Group for the City of Naples on the new park. The company is providing clearing, earthwork, finish grading, parking lots, concrete and brick paver driveways for the approximately 16-acre project, according to a statement. Baker Park, as currently planned, includes formal and events lawns with a performance stage, a playground, walkways, docks, gardens, an overlook, picnic areas and more, the statement adds;
• Eleven Eleven Central: Residential project is a new walkable/bikeable, maintenance-free community featuring residences and street level commercial space on Central Avenue between 10th Street and Goodlette-Frank Road in downtown Naples. The Ronto Group awarded EHC with initial site work for the Eleven Eleven Central sales center, including earthwork, storm drainage, building pad and a brick paver parking lot;
• Siena Lakes: Project is a new independent living and continuing care retirement community along Orange Blossom Drive near Airport-Pulling Road in Naples. Kaufman Lynn Construction hired EHC to develop the sales center for the 30-acre community for Erickson Living, a national leader in senior housing, according to the statement. EHC’s services for the project include underground utilities, water and storm, a parking lot, building pad and off-site turn lane improvements.
EHC was founded in 1990. It has about 100 employees, and had $23 million in revenues in 2016. It has completed hundreds of construction projects in excess of hundreds of millions of dollars for municipalities, developers, builders, owners and general contractors.
