General manager leaves one country club for another

Michael Bradfield led a $5 million renovation at his prior post.

NAPLES — Michael Bradfield is the new general manager of Bay Colony Golf Club, moving from Countryside Golf and Country Club, where he was general manager and COO for 10 years.

Bradfield has more than 20 years of experience in managing private, member-owned country clubs, as well as a background in food and beverage management and club governance. He also has expertise in strategic planning, hospitality management and club communications. 

While at Countryside Golf and Country Club, he developed and restructured a strategic plan for the club and led in the development, design and construction of a more than $5 million renovation.

Bradfield is a certified club manager and a certified chief executive, designations that recognize managers who serve in the highest senior management capacity in a club. He is a member of the Florida Club Manager’s Association Board of Directors.

Bay Colony Golf Club is a private club in the gated community of the Estates at Bay Colony Golf Club.
