Commercial real estate firm Colliers International has formed a “Leisure Property Advisors” team comprising agents in Tampa and Atlanta.

Together, Managing Directors Matt Putnam and Andrew Cantor and Director Dan Grovatt have sold more than 20 marina properties in the past two years.

The trio, who joined Colliers in January from competitor Marcus & Millichap, says Colliers provides them with an opportunity to expand into markets in Europe and Canada.

Ryan Kratz, Colliers International Florida's president, says the trio brings “unmatched transaction expertise within the marina asset class” to the firm.

“It's really a global platform at Colliers, because they have such a presence already in Europe and Canada,” says Grovatt, who works together with Putnam in Tampa.

“The marina asset class is very active right now,” says Cantor, who has been selling marinas and other leisure properties since 1992. “It's a specialized space, and at Colliers we feel we can really serve clients well.”
