TAMPA — Vector Solutions, a Tampa company specializing in e-learning and performance support, hired Carla Luke as its new CFO.

According to a press release, Luke will be responsible for leading Vector's finance, legal and HR teams. Prior to joining Vector, Luke was the CFO of Greenway Health, a $350 million company that produces technology-enabled software and services for the physician ambulatory market.

“Carla's expertise aligns perfectly with our growth strategy,” states Vector CEO Jeff Gordon in the release. “This is a very exciting addition to our team. We're confident Carla will help us reach our goals in 2018 and beyond.”

Vector Solutions says it is poised for another year of growth following record-setting expansion in 2017. Last year, the company increased revenue by 65% due to economies of scale and expanded with three new locations in Boston, Cincinnati and Salt Lake City. The company also hired nearly 150 employees, increasing its total employee count to 312.

Luke's background also includes executive roles at Vitera Healthcare Solutions, Sage Software Healthcare and WebMD — companies that combined to become Greenway Health.
