Construction lawyer promoted to partner

FORT MYERS — Christopher Pope, an attorney with Pavese Law Firm in Fort Myers since 2012, has been named a partner at the practice.

Pope concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate law, condominium and homeowners' association law and construction law, according to a statement. Prior to practicing law, Pope was an area construction manager for a national homebuilder, where he oversaw the new construction of hundreds of homes. He has also managed condominium rehabilitations, underground utility installations and site work.

Pavese Law Firm, with offices in Fort Myers, Cape Coral and West Palm Beach, provides a broad range of legal services for individuals, families, small businesses and large corporations. It was founded in 1949.
