Builder appoints top exec for west Florida unit

TAMPA — ICI Homes named Ron Ferguson its west Florida division manager.

According to a press release, Ferguson will oversee the company's communities in the Tampa region, including Asturia, Bexley and FishHawk Ranch.

“Ron has extensive knowledge and expertise of residential new home construction, and we are pleased he has joined the ICI Homes team,” states ICI Homes CEO Tom McCall in the release. “We look forward to Ron guiding ICI Homes' West Florida division through an exciting period of growth.”

Ferguson joins ICI Homes after 12 years with David Weekley Homes, where he served as project manager in the Tampa/St. Petersburg area for the past five years. He has more than 18 years of construction management experience. Daytona Beach-based ICI Homes builds homes in several Florida markets.
