TAMPA — DAS Health, a fast-growing health care IT management firm, has acquired Las Vegas-based Integra I.T. Solutions.

Terms of the deal weren't disclosed.

The acquisition — DAS Health's fifth in less than three years — broadens the firm's electronic health record services and technology offerings, while enhancing customer support and care, according to a statement. The expanded company now serves nearly 2,000 clinicians and more than 600 practices nationwide.

Integra, the release adds, handles and supports several software platforms that expand DAS Health's portfolio, including eMDs Plus, Lytec, Practice Partner and Medisoft EHR and PM platforms. “Together with Integra's suite of services, DAS Health will now be able to share new benefits and better serve both our existing and new clients,” DAS Health President and CEO David Schlaifer says in a statement. “This acquisition marks an exciting phase of DAS' continued rapid growth and ability to help independent physicians prosper in an evolving industry.”

DAS Health was founded in 2003. It had $11.9 million in revenue in 2016.
