Builder continues expansion into area

APOLLO BEACH — Central Florida builder Park Square Homes will continue its entrance into Tampa Bay with homes in the Waterset community in Apollo Beach.

Park Square Homes will have two models in the master-planned community, which are under construction now, according to a press release. It will offer a variety of floor plans, including one-story and two-story homes with three to five bedrooms. Houses will be priced from the $229,990s.

“Park Square Homes is well-known in the Central Florida market,” says Newland Communities Vice President of Marketing Pam Parisi in a statement. “We're very excited to have Park Square Homes join our exceptional list of builders at Waterset.”

Parkr Square Homes was founded in Orlando in 1984. It has built homes in Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Lake and Polk counties. In 2017, it expanded into Hillsborough and Manatee counties.

Waterset is owned by a joint venture partnership between North America Sekisui House LLC and Newland Real Estate Group LLC. Newland's development business, Newland Communities, is Waterset's master developer. Newland also developed the FishHawk Ranch community in Tampa.
