Real estate giant tops $1B in Florida sales

TAMPA — Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Properties Group achieved more than $1 billion in closed home sales in 2017 — up 7.5% over the previous year, according to a press release.

The company reported $1,034,046,712 in total closed residential sales and 5,050 total closed residential transaction sides in 2017, the release adds.

“The Tampa Bay region is one of the hottest markets for real estate in the country and our sales numbers reflect this,” states Allen Crumbley, a Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Properties Group broker and owner, in the release. “We have nearly 600 agents throughout the region who provide our buyers and sellers with exceptional customer service.”

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Properties Group has 22 offices serving a six-county area that includes Hernando, Highlands, Hillsborough, Pasco, Pinellas and Polk counties.
