BRADENTON — Marketing solutions provider RSP USA recently broke ground on its new $3 million Manatee County headquarters.

The building, at 5110 Lena Road, Bradenton, is expected to be finished in spring 2019. The project will increase RSP USA’s current footprint and accommodate a growing client base, according to a statement.

Venice-based J.E. Charlotte Construction Corp. is building the 23,437-square-foot project, the release adds.

Construction will include a new truck dock and loading station, as well as a covered front entry and outdoor seating area.

“We have a vision for our future and a big part of that vision is this building and the team we plan to put together to continue growing our company in this location,” says RSP USA COO Dominic Lentini in a statement.

RSP USA has served the real estate industry since 1997.
