CEO steps down, company announces successor

SARASOTA — Diversified technology company Roper Technologies announced Neil Hunn will succeed Brian Jellison as president and CEO, effective Sept. 1. 

According to a press release, Jellison, 72, decided to step down to focus on his health after the diagnosis of a medical condition at the end of last week. Jellison will remain executive chairman of Roper's board.
