NAPLES — Preconstruction and infrastructure contractor EHC Inc. has completed site work for Lindsford, a 260-acre community off Winkler Extension in Fort Myers being developed by The Ronto Group.

The multimillion-dollar project included the earthwork and infrastructure for the final phase of the residential lifestyle community, according to a statement. Work began with developer clients that transitioned to The Ronto Group, which is based in Naples. The community includes 936 homesites comprised of single-family homes, town homes and twin villas. Amenities include lakes, tennis, basketball and bocce ball courts, a playground, clubhouse with pool and an observation deck.

“Lindsford is special to us at EHC because we started development on the project before the downturn and had the opportunity under The Ronto Group leadership to see it through completion,” says Tony Hamilton, EHC vice president and owner. “Lindsford has also proven to be special to the community as it was a high-profile, large-scale residential project in Fort Myers and was among the most important projects in our area.”

Established in 1990, EHC is based in Naples.
