Look for commercial real estate brokerage firm Cushman & Wakefield to beef up its student housing involvement nationally, following its recruitment of a top broker in that sector.
Travis Prince joins Cushman & Wakefield’s Tampa office as an executive managing director, where he will lead the company’s national Student Housing Capital Markets Team. In that capacity, he will focus on the acquisition and disposition of student housing investment properties throughout the U.S.
Larry Richey, Cushman & Wakefield’s Florida market leader, says Prince has an “unparalleled level of experience in student housing” and “superior knowledge” of the sector.
Prince comes to Cushman & Wakefield from Colliers International, where he had worked since 2012. Prior to Colliers, Prince had been with Marcus & Millichap for six years.
Prince cited Cushman & Wakefield’s “innovative approach” to commercial real estate as a primary reason for joining the company.
