Holocaust museum receives record-setting $1M gift

The funds will go toward a new home for the Naples institution.

NAPLES — The Holocaust Museum and Education Center of Southwest Florida has received a pledge of $1 million from Janet Guttman Cohen.

The record-setting gift — the largest the museum has ever received — will be applied to the museum’s $3.5 million capital campaign for the purchase and renovation of a new building on U.S. 41 in Naples.
