LAKEWOOD RANCH — The final home site at Southwest Florida homebuilder Neal Communities' master-planned Central Park community in Lakewood Ranch is sold.

Central Park opened seven years ago, in July 2010. According to a press release, all 825 home sites in the community are sold.

The community has a 10-acre park, two dog parks, a splash park, tennis courts, a covered pavilion, walking trails and preserved wetlands and habitat areas.

“There's a real sense of community that's developed here, and it continues to develop,” says Sue Balloch, who moved to Central Park four years ago, in a statement. “Even after the community has been around for seven years, that strong sense of pride and camaraderie is still there.”

Neal Communities has built over 12,000 homes in Southwest Florida, according to a press release.
