NAPLES — The 688-acre Naples Reserve community surpassed the $50 million mark in year-to-date home sales, according to a press release.

The master-planned iStar community includes attached villas, single-family homes and custom estate homes.

“Naples Reserve has captured the attention of homebuyers with its winning combination of distinctive design and variety, quality construction and a lakefront lifestyle,” says iStar Vice President of Land and Development Don Mears in a statement.

Naples Reserve has 16 models built by homebuilders including Ashton Woods, D.R. Horton, Florida Lifestyle Homes, KTS Homes, Lundstrom Development, Marvin Development, McGarvey Custom Homes and Stock Signature Homes. Houses are priced from the high-$200,000s to more than $1 million.

According to a press release, iStar Land & Development financed and invested in over $10 billion in residential projects since 1993.
