NAPLES — Construction of the third phase of models at Naples Square is expected to begin by the end of 2017.

Third-phase purchase agreements worth nearly $32 million have been processed, according to a statement from the developer, the Ronto Group. Naples Square is at the corner of Fifth Avenue South and Goodlette-Frank Road in downtown Naples, and connects Fifth Avenue to the Bayfront, with access on 10th Street via Third Avenue South.

The Phase III building will feature three furnished models with Ronto's Biltmore, Chatham and Dover floor plans, according to the statement. Sizes of the units range from 1,460 to 3,238 square feet, and the one and two-story, two- and three-bedroom plus den plans include open-concept living areas and open-air terraces. Prices start at $695,000.
