SARASOTA — Nonstop jet service from Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport to Westchester County Airport in White Plains, N.Y., on Elite Airways, will start Nov. 10.

The twice-weekly flights will operate on Fridays and Mondays. According to a press release, the schedule is designed for convenient weekend and weeklong travel. Tickets for the flights are now available.

“The consumer demand for New York to Florida service continues to be strong, and we are thrilled to introduce nonstop service between White Plains and Sarasota-Bradenton this fall,” says Elite Airways President John Pearsall in a press release. “Nonstop jet service is a travel time-saver and eliminates the need for connections — both of which contribute to a more enjoyable flying experience, especially during winter months and peak holiday periods.”

Elite Airways operates a fleet of Bombardier CRJ-200 and CRJ-700 jet airliners. The airline provides charter and scheduled service throughout the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Caribbean and South America.
