PALM HARBOR — Alltrust Insurance, an employee benefits and HR consulting firm, named health care industry veteran Tim Love CEO.

Joe Part, who founded Palm Harbor-based Alltrust in 1994, and Karen Brayboy, president of the company, will remain in their roles, according to a statement. Sozon Vatikiotis, who was CEO, is now a practice leader and executive vice president for Acrisure, Alltrust's parent company.

“When we found Tim, it just felt right. The right person, right place and right time,” Brayboy says in the release. “I do not think we could have found a better leader to carry on the legacy of Alltrust.”

Love has pervious leadership experience with several companies, including HUB International, Humana, United Healthcare, Wells Fargo and Lincoln Financial. Outside work, Love is chairman of the board of the Ryan Nece Foundation and is on the board of the Tampa Bay Sports Commission and the Outback bowl.

“I've always admired Alltrust's client services, culture and commitment to the Central Florida community,” Love says in a statement. “I am excited to now be a part of it.”

Founded in 1994, Alltrust serves over 400 Florida-based employer groups. In addition to Palm Harbor, it has offices in Sarasota and Orlando. It had $10 million in revenue in 2016.
