Bank lands lending executive

FORT MYERS — IberiaBank named Southwest Florida banker Carl Pukin vice president and business banking relationship manager for Lee County.

Pukin will work closely with small to medium-sized business owners in his new role, according to a statement. Pukin has worked with clients in a variety of sectors, including commercial and industrial; manufacturing and distribution; and medical. He's also handled SBA loans. Pukin was previously a senior vice president of commercial banking for Mutual of Omaha Bank in Naples. Prior to that he was with Chase Bank in Fort Myers and Naples. He has 15 years experience in banking.

“Lee County has so many thriving small to medium sized businesses. We recognize the potential with this sector and our product line is ideally suited for these businesses,” says Brandon Box, market president for IberiaBank, in the statement. “We're expanding our business banking team in Fort Myers to respond to this need, and we're pleased to welcome Carl to our team.”
