MANATEE COUNTY — A second phase of renovations has been completed at Rosedale Golf & Country Club in east Manatee County, part of $1.5 investment in the property.

The latest phase, a $750,000 project, included a full interior renovation and design enhancements at the 22,000-square-foot clubhouse, including the lobby, restaurant, bar, community room and pro shop, according to a statement. A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held for the renovations Sept. 30.

Naples-based Coral Hospitality oversaw the renovation at Rosedale, which CH6 Rosedale acquired in October 2015, according to the statement. Coral and its equity partners have launched an aggressive golf club growth strategy, committing $150 million for courses and clubs between Tampa and Naples, the release states.

“Rosedale Golf & Country Club is truly an incredible country club and we are thrilled to be able to provide our members and guests with an exceptional club centerpiece to socialize, dine and celebrate,” Coral Hospitality President Christopher Schaeffer says in the statement. “We were privileged to partner with a world-renowned designer, Clive Daniel Hospitality, to transform Rosedale's clubhouse with a clean, transitional design.”
