TAMPA — Pamela Prue joined Tampa-based Morgan Auto Group, one of the largest privately held automotive dealer groups in the nation, as chief learning officer.

Prue has trained more than 500 Toyota sales agents on the west coast of Florida, in addition to serving as a senior account manager, according to a press release. At Morgan, she'll be in charge of sales recruiting and training.

“We are extremely happy to have Pam with us,” says Brett Morgan, CEO of Morgan Auto Group, in a statement. “Her background and knowledge are invaluable. All current and future Morgan Auto Group associates will benefit from her years of experience. Our strong commitment to excellence and exceptional customer service has just become even better with the addition of this consummate professional.”

According to a press release, during her time at Toyota, Prue developed a training assessment evaluation process with which dealers could improve the hiring process, training and development of their sales teams.

“All business owners look for ways to constantly keep one step ahead of the competition,” Morgan states. “With Pam, we took a leap ahead.”
