NAPLES — Naples master-planned community Fiddler's Creek added homebuilder Pulte Homes as an approved builder.

Pulte acquired 71 single-family home sites in the Village of Amaranda, according to a press release. The builder's homes will include three single-family home designs from 1,671 to 3,077 square feet with open layouts. Homes will be priced from the $500s.

Construction of a Pulte model home is expected to begin in October and sales are expected to start in January 2018.

Fiddler's Creek has a club and spa, fitness center, swimming complex, tennis courts, and casual and fine dining.

“Pulte has experienced great success in Collier County, and this purchase is another opportunity to bring our home designs to this beautiful, amenity-rich community,” says PulteGroup's Southwest Florida Division President Rich McCormick in a statement.

Other homebuilders in the community include Taylor Morrison, Harbourside Custom Homes, Stock Signature Homes, Lennar Homes, Ashton Woods Homes and D.R. Horton.
