Builder surpasses $20M in sales in community

NAPLES — Stock Custom Homes, the luxury homebuilding division of Stock Development, has sold more than $20 million in custom homes in Pine Ridge, a high-end Naples neighborhood.

The sales, of five custom estates, come soon after the company began building homes in Pine Ridge, according to a statement. The company also recently purchased two additional lots in the community, to continue construction on custom estate homes, the release adds. Those homes start at $3 million.

“As we continue to grow the Stock Custom Homes brand, we're excited to see such success in the Pine Ridge area,” Matt Sellick, Vice President of Stock Custom Homes, says in the statement. “With our experience in the luxury real estate market and these results, we're looking forward to continued expansion in Naples and beyond.”
