TAMPA — Coca-Cola Beverages Florida, one of the largest beverage distributors in the state, appointed five people to senior vice president roles.
All appointments were effective May 1, according to a statement.
“Over the past six months, we have tripled the size of our business through the acquisitions of distribution territories and operations in North Florida and South Florida,” Coca-Cola Florida Chairman and CEO Troy Taylor says in a statement. “We have also added significant capabilities through the acquisitions of manufacturing facilities in our territory. These management appointments will help to ensure that we have the right structure and alignment to grow profitability and drive operational excellence as we serve more consumers, customers and communities throughout the Sunshine State.”
The appointments include:
• David Cross was named senior vice president for human resources;
• Terrence Gee was named senior vice president and chief information officer.
• Erika Noonburg-Morgan was named senior vice president and CFO;
• Deborah Pond was named senior vice president, general counsel;
• Jason Reed was named senior vice president of manufacturing operations.
In addition to those five appointments, Erin Black was named vice president, sustainability and risk management, the release adds. She will also lead the company's loss prevention function.
Tampa-based Coca-Cola Beverages Florida has 4,700 employees spread across four manufacturing plants and 17 sales and distribution centers in Florida. Revenue is close to $1.2 billion, with the company producing 100 million cases of beverages a year.
