Builder moves forward on 300-unit apartment project

LAND O'LAKES — Epoch Residential will build multi-family homes in the 1,825-acre master-planned Bexley community in Land O'Lakes.

Lakeside Walk at Bexley will include eight buildings with 300 apartment units.

Newland Communities is the developer of Bexley. The community is a joint venture partnership between North America Sekisui House and Newland Real Estate Group LLC. North America Sekisui House is the U.S. business unit and full subsidiary of Sekisui House LTD, one of Japan's largest homebuilders, according to a press release. Newland Real Estate Group's development business, Newland Communities, is the master developer of the community.
