SARASOTA — Sun Hydraulics has appointed three members of its global leadership team as corporate officers.

The appointments were driven by the adoption of Sun's Vision 2025, the acquisition of Enovation Controls and the company's commitment to growth, continued profitability and financial strength, according to a press release.

Craig Roser, Gary Gotting and Kennon Guglielmo were appointed as corporate officers. Roser and Gotting previously had regional responsibilities at Sun Hydraulics. Guglielmo joined the Sun Hydraulics team when the company acquired Enovation Controls. Sun executives Mark Bokorney and Tim Twitty have stepped down as officers.

“As we are transforming Sun to achieve a global technology leadership position in the industrial goods sector, it is important that we are organized to empower our global leadership team to drive further success,” says Sun Hydraulics President and CEO Wolfgang Dangel in a statement.

Sun designs and makes high performance screw-in hydraulic cartridge valves and manifolds for industrial markets worldwide.
