FORT MYERS — Jaxi Builders has named Scott Wells their project manager for the company's Southwest Florida division.

Wells will focus on the Miami-based company's projects on the west coast of Florida, leading them from development through construction. He will also work to further Jaxi's relationships with local subcontractors and vendors. Wells has more than 20 years of experience in commercial construction, managing various projects throughout Florida, according to a press release.

“Scott's impressive background, industry knowledge and experience in the local market made him an ideal choice to head our Southwest Florida team as project manager,” says Jaxi Managing Member Eduardo Caballero in a statement.

Jaxi is working on several residential real estate developments on Florida's west coast, including a 32-story condominium tower called Allure in Fort Myers, a 16-story boutique condominium next to Allure and an 80-unit condominium called Majestic Palms in south Fort Myers.
