Ultra-luxury high-rise breaks ground

NAPLES — A groundbreaking ceremony was held recently for Mystique, an ultra-luxury high-rise in Naples' Pelican Bay community.

Elected officials, community leaders and representatives from Pelican 1 Owner LLC were on hand for the groundbreaking. Pelican 1 Owner LLC is an equal partnership between an affiliate of global investment firm Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. LP and an affiliate of the Gulf Bay Group of Companies, according to a press release. Gulf Bay has completed 14 properties in Pelican Bay.

Mystique will have 68 estate residences and four penthouse residences, among other units. Estate residences are 4,003 to 5,280 square feet and are priced from over $3 million to over $7 million. The four penthouse residences, which were priced from $8 million, have been sold.
