Luxury condo tower reaches 80% sold

NAPLES — Sales have reached 80% at the Naples high-rise condominium Aqua at Pelican Isle.

Seven residences, including a penthouse, are still for sale, according to a press release. The penthouse is $4,895,000. It has 6,500 square feet of living area and more than 3,100 square feet of outdoor living area.

The remaining residences are $1,995,000 to more than $2,545,000. The units range from 3,900 square feet to just less than 4,200 square feet.

Aqua has 24-hour security, a movie theater, library, fitness center, sky lounge with rooftop terrace, outdoor putting green, outdoor dog run, game room, three guest suites and a social room.

The recently completed Aqua Tower II is adjacent to the Pelican Isle Yacht Club at Wiggins Pass in North Naples.
